Booking

Online and direct bookings

We invite you to contact us without obligation for quotes or for more detailed information on our rates. We remind you that direct booking with the structure allows you to find the solutions that best suit your needs, always benefiting from the most advantageous rate of the moment.

Non refundable rate

The balance of 100% of the stay is required at the time of booking, by credit card or bank transfer in advance; in case of cancellation or no show there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Refundable rate

Provides for the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of the stay at the time of booking; the balance is paid at check-in; this rate provides for free cancellation within seven days from the expected date of arrival; in case of subsequent cancellation and in case of no show the customer loses the deposit paid as a penalty.
For bookings through online portals, the credit card is used as a guarantee and as a method of payment, according to the booking conditions.

Payment methods

Accepted payment methods

We accept major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MAESTRO, DINERS. Pre-authorization and debit on credit cards: For guarantee conditions such as pre-authorization, please contact your bank, the structure is not responsible for any delays in the release of the sum by the competent credit institutions. Guests who request it will be issued a regular receipt of the pre-authorization.
Cash: with the new Law 197/2022, Article 1, paragraph 384, the limit on the use of cash has been redefined. This form of payment is only allowed for amounts below € 5,000.
For transfers exceeding this limit, payment is required by bank transfer (before arrival), credit card or debit card.
We do not accept bank checks.
To guarantee your reservations we also accept payment by bank transfer. Please contact us to receive the data in order to proceed through the aforementioned method.

Personal data treatment

Pursuant to the current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation no.679 of 2016), we wish to inform you that the processing of your personal data both by means of computer systems and manually, is carried out with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting your privacy and your rights, in order to carry out tax obligations and provide the requested service.

Reception working hours

Reception

Our structure does not have a 24-hour reception and our reception managers are available on site according to organizational needs. The manager will be at your disposal during check-in and before booking to agree on your arrival and for any other requests. During your stay for any need and / or clarification our staff is available by phone and also to go to the office in a short time.

Check-in

Arrival

Check-in is available from 15:00 to 22:00 by telephone arrangement. It is possible to arrive earlier at the facility to collect the keys and possibly leave the luggage in custody and return once the room is ready. Normally the suites are ready from 15:00, please contact the Management to check the availability of the room in advance. Please communicate your arrival time at least one day in advance and inform the property in time for any changes. If due to force majeure, it is not possible to arrive on time, it is essential to notify the structure. Late check-in: after 22:00 and no later than 00:00, self-check-in is possible upon confirmation from the manager. Please contact the property in case of late check-in requests. For any special needs, we kindly ask you to inform us of your requests when booking or well in advance of your arrival.
Upon arrival, each guest must deliver a valid identity document for the registrations required by current legislation. We remind you that it is forbidden to enter people who are not registered at check-in. The balance of the reservation is paid to one of our reception managers upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Once you have checked in, our suites are accessible 24 hours a day. You will be provided with access cards to be able to return and exit the building freely. In case of loss of the keys, you will be charged an amount equal to 10 € for each lost card.

Check-out

Departure

Check-out is to be done by 11:00, unless otherwise confirmed by the manager. In the event of early morning departures or at any time when one of our managers is not present, we ask you to inform us in time and leave the keys inside the suite. Early departure: in case of early departure with respect to the booking period, the customer must pay the full amount agreed upon at the time of booking. Each Guest represents for us an experience of comparison. We will be grateful to welcome your suggestions and advice to improve the service and to guarantee you a pleasant stay.

Regulation

Common sense rules to be respected internally:

Happy to welcome you, we invite you to read our internal regulations, whose small rules to be observed are not only those provided for by law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

We kindly ask you to:
  • Always close the access doors and windows of the suites well.
    Carefully store the key cards that will be given to you at check-in. In case of loss of one of the keys there is a penalty of 10 €.
    Keep the television or other electronic equipment at a suitable volume, for a peaceful coexistence with everyone.
    Keep a discreet and silent behavior in the evening / night, especially in private outdoor areas, where provided.
    Parents (or whoever legally exercises parental responsibility) are responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the facility and are required to supervise them and make sure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility and , in particular, as regards the obligation to respect silence and the equipment made available by the Structure to its Guests.
    We ask you to use the rooms, furnishings and equipment available to you with respect. Anyone who causes damage to the building, movable property, equipment is held legally responsible under the regulations in force.
    Avoid unnecessary consumption – lights, water, air conditioning, when not used and needed. Be careful not to clog the pipes: do not throw anything down the toilet or sinks. Use the special baskets. The costs for any purging will be charged to the customer
We remind you that it is not allowed:
  • Disturbing the peace of others – The rules of common sense and education apply.
    Party, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
    Smoking – Smoking is only allowed outside and on the balcony where provided.
    Consume food in the room, such as prepackaged dishes (pizzas, rotisserie foods, etc.). Small snacks, snacks, etc. are naturally excluded from this standard.
    Use flammable products such as: candles, incense, etc.
    The use of white towels outside the structure, in case of missing linen we will be forced to charge it to the bill. (We remind you that the property provides guests with beach towels for use on the beach, to be returned before your departure).
    With a bit of regret in the structure is not provided for either the stay at home or the temporary presence of animals.
During your stay and before leaving the suite, be sure to:
  • Do not leave any valuables unattended in the rooms or in the common areas, the structure relieves itself of any responsibility for theft and / or loss. For a greater serenity of the Guests all the suites have safety deposit boxes.
    Don’t forget personal items.
    Leave the keys inside the suite or with the manager.
At check-out:

The Property Staff will carry out a check of your suite. In the event of damage to the furnishings or in the case of missing objects / equipment, you will be asked for a refund for the repair / replacement which will be assessed by the Head of the facility.
